‘Deranged’: Lidia Thorpe slammed over remarks about Peter Dutton
Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand has slammed independent Senator Lidia Thorpe following her remarks on Opposition leader Peter Dutton.
This comes after Ms Thorpe called Mr Dutton a “racist” and a “violent person”.
“For all the racism in Australia that she complains about, she has had her political career, the most privileged position in the highest chamber in the country, just handed to her on a platter, and she’s just thrown it back in people’s faces,” Mr Hildebrand said.
“She doesn’t seem to be a fit person; she seems to be quite literally deranged, her thoughts are incoherent, her arguments are nonsensical.”
