Opposition Leader Peter Dutton said Australians are “sick” of being told they should be “ashamed of their country” in a press conference on Friday.

“Labor’s division and putting people into different categories, it just has no future,” Mr Dutton said.

“We’ve got university lectures and some teachers who are telling children they should be ashamed of their history and who we are as a country.

“Parents have had enough…they want their children educated not indoctrinated.

“We should unite as a country, we should be proud of who we are.”
