New York Post immigration reporter Jennie Taer says the Trump administration is looking to “flex its muscles” on immigration policy as Donald Trump weighs whether to send up to 10,000 troops to the US southern border.

Donald Trump has followed through on his promise to stop the flow of illegal aliens into the US, effective immediately.

“It’s also a show of force down there; to flex their muscles and say we are not messing around here,” Ms Taer told Sky News host James Morrow.
