Peter Dutton criticises Anthony Albanese for ‘not providing leadership’
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has taken aim at Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for his handling of antisemitism in Australia.
“I believe very strongly that the Prime Minister had the opportunity to stand up to provide the leadership that our country desperately needs during a period of a national crisis and just hasn’t done that,” Mr Dutton said during a press conference on Wednesday.
“The Commonwealth government should’ve deployed resources much earlier to what is a rolling series of terrorist incidents in our country.
“I think the Prime Minister should provide what information he can publicly.”
