US President Donald Trump has pledged to release records related to the assassinations of John F Kennedy, Robert F Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr during a rally at Washington DC’s Capital One Arena.

Unherd newsroom editor James Billot has praised the decision, stating the public has a “right” to know the truth.

“This should be a bipartisan issue, I think both sides should be welcoming this,” Mr Billot said.

“The public does have a right to know what has really gone on here … I think he [Donald Trump] is doing exactly the right thing.”
