Woke Bishop ‘lectures’ US President Donald Trump
Sky News contributor Joe Hildebrand claims a Bishop’s “lecture” to the US President could have been better delivered if it hadn’t been “kind of thuddingly earnest”.
Mr Hildebrand’s remarks come after a Bishop, during her sermon at the National Cathedral in Washington, delivered a pointed message to Donald Trump, who was in attendance with his family and JD Vance.
“Donald Trump clearly has been elected on an anti-illegal immigration platform – whether you agree with that or not, that is what he ran on, that is what he won on and won very emphatically on, so obviously he’s going to pursue that,” Mr Hildebrand told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
